Exchange Policy

At Viresta, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us.

We currently offer exchanges only. We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

Eligibility

You may request if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item is unused, unworn, and kept in its original condition with packaging, tags, box, or accessories if included.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

Change of mind after delivery.

Incorrect size, color, or product selection made by the customer, unless approved by our support team.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the item
Reason for the exchange request

Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Store Credit

If the same item is not available, we may offer store credit or allow you to choose another item of equal or higher value, with any price difference paid by the customer.

Delivery Fees

Delivery or return pickup charges may apply unless the issue was caused by our side, such as a wrong or defective item being sent.

Final Note

All exchange requests are reviewed fairly. Our goal is to provide a smooth shopping experience while keeping the process clear & professional.
